What Vixxen Is

Vixxen is an AI-powered assistant that helps independent workers manage client communications via Telegram. The AI handles initial conversations, filters inquiries, and notifies you of legitimate booking requests.

Who Can Use Vixxen

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must be legally allowed to work in your jurisdiction
  • You are responsible for complying with local laws

Your Responsibilities

  • Accuracy: Information you provide must be truthful
  • Content: Photos you upload must be yours (or you have rights to use them)
  • Legal compliance: You're responsible for following laws in your area
  • Account security: Keep your Telegram account secure

What We Provide

  • AI-powered conversation handling via Telegram
  • Photo sharing with clients (if you enable it)
  • Booking request notifications
  • Profile management tools

During beta: The service is free. Features may change. We'll give notice before introducing paid plans.

AI Limitations

The AI is designed to sound like you, but:

  • It may occasionally make mistakes
  • It won't handle complex negotiations without notifying you
  • It will always pass through actual booking requests for your approval
  • You remain responsible for all interactions with clients

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Vixxen to:

  • Facilitate illegal activities
  • Scam or defraud clients
  • Share content involving minors
  • Harass or threaten anyone
  • Violate Telegram's terms of service

Violation results in immediate account termination.

Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime via Telegram or by contacting support. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your AI will stop responding
  • Your data will be deleted within 30 days
  • Active conversations will end

Limitation of Liability

Vixxen is provided "as is." We're not responsible for:

  • Lost bookings or revenue
  • Client disputes
  • AI errors or misunderstandings
  • Service interruptions during beta

Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us (during beta: €0).

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or Telegram at least 14 days in advance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes will be resolved in Berlin courts.
